2000 CONNECTICUT AVENUE

I couldn’t be happier living here. The apartments are gorgeous, the management staff is responsive and personable, the doorman is perfection and the location is undeniably ideal. Didn’t even mention the in-unit laundry, sweet rooftop deck and exercise room. I wholeheartedly recommend checking this place out if you’re on the hunt for a new apartment.

2000 Connecticut is one of the most ideal apartment buildings in DC! The location is fantastic - easy to get to downtown, DuPont, Adams Morgan, Woodley Park and really anywhere in the city. The management team is wonderful and very responsive (fix maintenance issues within 24 hours) The roof top and apartment views also can’t be found anywhere else. Highly recommend living in this building it’s a great value.

I have lived in multiple Keener Management buildings over the past 3 years and rank 2000 Connecticut as #1! The management team is extremely nice, helpful, and does their absolute best to make D.C. living easy. The maintenance team takes care of most issues the same day that you notify them and without question, which relieves so many headaches you’ll find anywhere else! We do not regret moving to this building for one moment.

I truly loved living in this building. (I moved out of DC, otherwise I would have continued living here.) The building itself is beautiful, and the lobby area has a fun art deco thing going on. My unit was in the front of the building, and got so much natural light. Even in the winter, it felt really bright. The location is fantastic - between the Dupont and Woodley Park metro, and a short walk from Adams Morgan and U Street. Even though 2000 Connecticut is located on a main street, the building itself is fairly quiet. The other tenants are friendly, and everyone in management office is great. They really want to get to know you, and are super responsive to any issues. It's a dream spot to call home!

We have been here for almost a year. Love the location, love how quiet, but friendly the building is! Compared to other places in the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods, it is an amazing price and value - especially for a fully renovated apartment, with really sensibly used space, amazing views, and a washer/dryer in unit! It's clean, and has nice amenities. The person who works at the front desk in the evenings is a total delight. The leasing office staff is really nice too - so helpful and responsive. We are very happy here!

I lived here for one year and really enjoyed living in the building. It has a great location--close to Dupont Circle and Woodley Park. However, because the area behind the building is residential, I never had an issue with parking. My apartment was great and had a nice view of the cathedral. The view from the roof deck is amazing in all directions.

The staff in the management office and at the front desk were always great. They were friendly and responsive to questions, etc. When issues like clogged drains occurred they were taken care of immediately and without any hassle.

I think 2000 Conn. Ave is a great building.

Wonderful building in a great location! I absolutely love living at 2000 Connecticut. The building is in a great location and it is easy to walk to tons of different restaurants and areas of the city. The management is very responsive and helpful. The building has a great rooftop which is awesome when the weather is nice.

I've lived at 2000 Connecticut for 2 years and love living here. The staff is great and very responsive. There are rarely maintenance issues but when there are, the issues are resolved immediately. Our heat went out during the large snowstorm this past year, and they had it fixed within the hour- even brought a plugin heater for the time while they were fixing it. It's a nice a quiet building. I'd recommend it to anyone searching for an apartment.
