THE HAMILTON HOUSE

Living in the Hamilton House was a wonderful experience. From the easy leasing process to maintenance requests being responded to immediately. George and David (management for the building) are some of the best management I have met in an apartment building. They genuinely care about their residents and are always there to answer questions. Shout out to Sondra at the front desk throughout the week who is an absolute gem. She always steps in to help with anything. She is such a wonderful face to see when coming home. 

The alcove studio apartment was very spacious, had a beautiful open kitchen, and let in tons of natural light. 

Overall, fantastic experience for my time spent there. Definitely check it out!

Hamilton House has been a fantastic place to live and I highly recommend it without any reservations. The building is well maintained, quiet, and tended by kind and attentive staff. The property managers, George and David, are superb and very trustworthy. They go out of their way to make Hamilton House a great home for the residents, respond to questions quickly, and keep the building looking great. I have lived here for a year and I will be sad to go.

I moved to DC back in summer of 2016. Upon moving to the area, I did research on nearly **a hundred** apartment buildings in DC. Keener Management always seemed to come out on top. In a few months I'll be renewing my lease for the third year!

I moved in the winter to one of the newly renovated buildings, brand new appliances, a lot of closet space, and hardwood floors - I made up my mind instantly. The management, George and David make the housing experience as painless as possible! Great team, and great building.

The Hamilton House was an ideal place for my daughter to live while she was in graduate school. The property is beautiful and well-kept, and the management is kind and extremely responsive to any issues. George is an INCREDIBLE building manager who genuinely cares about his tenants. I would recommend this building to anyone and everyone, we had such a wonderful experience here!

I've lived here for about 3 months now and they've all been great. George, John, and David have all been super helpful and friendly, as well as readily available for any questions I've had. The free coffee machine is convenient, they do little resident events during some holidays, the laundry facilities are clean and work well. Good water pressure, shower seems to have endless hot water, ample closet space, etc. Location is unbeatable. Definitely a great welcome to DC!

Lived here for a year and had to move away for work. Really great deal for the area, modern appliances and overall quiet. I would definitely continue to live here if I could. The management has been nothing but great and the staff are also helpful. Good/safe neighborhood and overall a great experience.

I have been here at the building since November 2005 and everyone is like family. This is like a second home. I have a lot of brothers and sisters here and we are like a family. I feel safe staying here and I have never had any issues. The service is really sufficient and maintenance is addressed in a timely manner. The front desk is very courteous and helpful.

I moved into Hamilton House three months ago and have had an amazing experience thus far. George and John in the leasing center have been the kindest and most welcoming. The team at the apartment building really makes you feel at home. Tom and Tony at the front desk are great, and have been working with the building for many years. For Halloween, the staff gave us Starbucks gift cards! It's the little things...
My apartment itself, a studio, has been great. I have no complaints. The shower pressure is great and you can request maintenance easily if needed.
I'm very happy here and would highly recommend the building to anyone.

This is a great place to live. Management is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The location is fantastic, just a couple blocks from DuPont south metro, and easily walkable to stores, bars and restaurants. The neighborhood has a very peaceful feeling although you are right in the city. There are no issues with utilities, things breaking or the quality of the units. Everything is well managed and in great working condition. It's actually also extremely soundproof, never hear any neighbors. This is overall a really great place to live.

Just move out from Hamilton house, but I'll miss there every single day! Super fancy and luxury apartment in the middle of DC. Very convenient to Gtown and DuPont. Friendly stuffs and front desk!! Highly recommend!!

I just moved out today and I know that I'll miss this place so much! The staff is great, they are very flexible and always available if you need anything. The building managers are awesome. I'll recommend this place without any hesitation! Plus, it's very well located - Close to Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom.

The Hamilton House is such an incredibly wonderful property. I lived here for three years, and could not have been happier. The building itself is extremely well-maintained, has a gorgeous roof deck (with sunset views), a great pool, and newly renovated interiors. It is in an unbeatable location, right at the heart of Dupont, with easy access to the Redline, and within walking distance to Georgetown, Adams Morgan, 14th Street. etc. And most importantly -- the people at the Hamilton House are some of the kindest, most caring, responsive folks you'll ever meet. From the property managers (George and David) to the front desk and maintenance staff, everyone is an immense pleasure to work with, and they create a family/community atmosphere that is very hard to find. I recommend the Hamilton House without reservations and with the strongest possible enthusiasm!
