Great place to live in the heart of Georgetown! The new apartments are very nice. What makes the Weavers Row stand out is the management. George and his team reply quickly to all matters in a responsive, friendly, and effective manner. A special shout-out to Naomi, who always makes me smile when coming home!

Brand new apartment building with beautiful very well designed apartments, right in the heart Georgetown - just a few minutes walk from Georgetown University. Location is unbeatable, but what also sets Weavers Row apart is the exceptional team running it. Nick and George go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Their dedication to maintaining a welcoming and well-run community is evident in every interaction. The entrance staff as well are always very polite and helpful.

Perfect living conditions with all brand new utilities. Managers George Travis and Nick Levy have been extremely accessible and welcoming and have gone out of their way to make sure my transition and experience in this new apartment has been seamless. Very safe apartment and area as the location in Georgetown is optimal as well.

Best apartment in Georgetown! Such a great and central location, just minutes from Georgetown University and a variety of stores and restaurants, and walking distance from the Georgetown Waterfront Park. The building is well-maintained, very modern and clean, with excellent amenities. The management team, George and Nick, is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well and comfortably. The entrance staff are incredibly kind as well and provide a sense of security every day. Overall, an incredible experience, highly recommended!

George was the most helpful in this process. He responded to all of our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He was very kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to answer our questions. He was very straightforward about the process which was helpful being new to renting. We saw the building from across the street and walked in looking for a bit of information. George helped us immediately and had us sold ten minutes into our tour.

If you are looking for a reliable housing management, look no further! George Travis has been extremely responsive and easy to work with. He showed us the available units and was upfront about timelines since this is a new property. Likewise, Gary and his team put us at ease by working with us on planning for uncertainties and setting expectations. George and Nick have been very understanding and have been easy to reach and communicate.

George and his team are incredibly efficient and make the tenants feel like VIP’s. He goes above and beyond!!! Thank you George!
