I have lived in the Regent for many years now, and it's a wonderful place to call home. The building and individual apartments are beautiful and light-filled. The location can't be beat, near Dupont and Logan Circles and all the great retail around here. Mary at the front desk during the day is super helpful and warm, and the building has round-the-clock security, which is nice for peace of mind. The property managers are very responsive and the maintenance guys are really friendly and skilled--they're quick to fix things on the relatively rare occasion that something needs repair. Residents in the building are friendly too. There are a lot of us who have lived here for many years, which is a testament to what a lovely place it is.le>

The Regent is a beautiful building with a wonderful location in the heart of DC. The staff is absolutely amazing, with 24/7 management, security, cleaning and and maintenance. Compared to many buildings in DC, it is professionally maintained and honestly feels as if you're living in a hotel. It's right in front of a bus stop and walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, restaurants and the Dupont Metro. We lived here for just a year and a half and miss it dearly. I very strongly recommend it for anyone moving to DC!

I lived in the building for a few years and sincerely enjoyed my time there, and miss the building. The staff was always friendly and responsive. Mary at the front desk is a great help, and has been at the building for many years.

Any time we had a maintenance issue it was addressed quickly, and we always received communication throughout the process.

The units are all large and feature wood floors, crown molding, and a gas fireplace. It really felt like home!

I've lived in The Regent for about 2 years now. I love this building. It's beautiful, modern and has one of the best locations in the city for going out. Everything was designed very well. If anything breaks, someone comes to fix it right away. The cleaning staff make sure everything is clean every day of the week (including weekends). I'm about to move home for family reasons but I will greatly miss this place. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the city (especially for people who like to walk places).

I've lived in the Regent since June '08 and I've loved it. This building is beautiful. My apartment is beautiful. If anything breaks, maintenance is there immediately or the next day to fix it. Everyone is really nice and it's not that much more expensive than really crappy places in DC. I remember looking at a few apartments on U Street that were not nice and only $50 less than the rent I'm currently paying. I got lucky finding this place.
